Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton, with the arrival of the new year, made his first posts for his new team on his social media accounts.
Hamilton, who signed with Ferrari for 2025 and beyond, officially became a Ferrari F1 driver today, following the end of his contract with Mercedes on December 31, 2024.
In the early hours of the day, there were no posts from either Ferrari or Hamilton, but soon after, the first steps were taken.
Hamilton shared a karting photo from his childhood wearing a red helmet and included a red F1 car emoji in the caption. He also used the same photo as his profile picture.
Ferrari, Hamilton’s first step was followed by sharing a video showing that they are now following Hamilton’s social media accounts, along with the message “Welcome to the family.”
